It is always amazing how children are such great teachers and masters of life...if we just leave them alone and pay attention. I fondly remember how one afternoon my little grandaughter brought a coloring book open to a page and said, "I'm going to color this one," and then off to the table…

  • I have my health, a great place t work, nice clients and kind coworkers, great workout coming today and good weather for a ride
  • I have built a new structure of values through the principles of the steps. Seeking knowledge of these 12 principles has changed my being. I'm grateful to go forward in life seeking more knowledge of Honesty, Hope, Faith, Courage, Integrity, Willingness, Humility, Brotherly-Love, Justice, Perseverance, Spiritual Awareness, and Service. I'm grateful that I've just begun. I know through these principles of the steps, the promises will be fulfilled, and the possibilities for freedom and happiness are limitless.
  • I have a relationship with my higherpower
  • There is work to be had in teh coming week, had a great long ride on the bike, had time with the family, my pet is still here, had a good workout this morning and looks like a good day coming tomorrow
  • There are so many things I am grateful for!
  • i can start my day here
  • I didn't wake up in a hospital or jail this morning and I'm not a corpse in a morgue.
  • I'm finding a rythm for work and life, I have great clients, coworkers and a beautiful family, a loving pet, time on the bike and time in the gym - simple things but rewarding and heartwarming for me
  • I'm more alive today by seeking knowledge. It's my choice now to seek greater knowledge of God's will and the service I'd provide to carry that message to others. I think it best to be empathetic rather than grandiose. To be approachable, rather than to approach. I'm grateful to look forward to a life of service, endlessly and undeterred to seek knowledge of the will not of my own, and the grace by which to carry that out.
  • I'm alive and sober
