  • I’m pledging to spend this Sunday without the first drink.
  • By seeking knowledge I can pledge to remain sober and free today.
  • Good morning (((((Everyone))))). I'm happily in with my pledge to stay sober today. Talking with a few friends by phone today, which will be nice. And I'm really enjoying the cooler weather. Hope you all have a good and sober Sun.

  • I'm more alive today by seeking knowledge. It's my choice now to seek greater knowledge of God's will and the service I'd provide to carry that message to others. I think it best to be empathetic rather than grandiose. To be approachable, rather than to approach. I'm grateful to look forward to a life of service, endlessly and undeterred to seek knowledge of the will not of my own, and the grace by which to carry that out.
  • I'm alive and sober
  • I am brought back to a place of calm this weekend
  • i can help others,, as others have helped me
  • in my journey of recovery, I've always been provided guidance. I'm also grateful to know that my experiences in recovery can benefit others.Starting today, a larger part of my pledge to live another 24 hours in recovery will be to provide guidance. I'm grateful to have experienced a spiritual awakening as a result of these steps. I will try to carry this message and the principles to others.
  • Lots of good reading to do this weekend.
  • I have work, good coworkers and clients, a terrific family, loving pet and a great workout ahead
  • Despite much work stress I have kind and caring clients, great coworkers, a solid reputation, loving family and pet, good health and my bike <3
  • God let me wake up to see another day and I am sober and nicotine free. :) <3
  • I have my life, my health and a second chance to do things right.
