  • I feel a spiritual readiness for responsibility to my sobriety, the consequences of my past acts, and responsibility for the well-being of others I love, and those still suffering.
  • The Promises are realized. Without shame or guilt of my past, no matter how far down the scale I have gone, I can see how my experience can benefit others. I feel useful once again.
  • I can pause whenever agitated or disturbed. I can ask my higher power for guidance and the right thing to do, do it as a reflection of Gods will for me, then move forward knowing my higher power is always with me.
  • I feel renewed. There’s hope, there’s calm, with no regrets or fears. I’m grateful for this program and the spirit of a renewed life.
  • I’m growing. I’ve accepted the fact that I need help. I’m grateful today because there’s a spirit I can feel and even see in my fellows, this program and within my higher power.
  • Humility helps me more each day. When I practice humility each moment of each day, I find acceptance for life’s terms, acceptance of others, I know I’m not unique and feel connected to all others in a meaningful way.
  • With tolerance I find acceptance of others as they are and I can “live and let live”
  • I can slow down, keep it simple, focus only on each moment, and think only of today. No regrets for the past or fears of the future, I’ll stay focused only on today.
  • I can slow down, keep it simple, focus only on each moment, and think only of today. No regrets for the past or fears of the future, I’ll stay focused only on today.
  • I have hope and a treatment program of positive healthy reconstruction
